Yes, all albums and official merchandise sold at House of Kpop are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors in South Korea. All album sales also count towards the HANTEO and GAON charts.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unopened packaging. Due to the nature of collectables, we cannot accept returns for albums if the plastic wrap has been removed.
Do you offer pre-order benefits?
Yes! If a pre-order period is active and the manufacturer includes posters, photocards, or other bonuses, we include them with your order while supplies last.
How do you ensure albums aren't damaged during transit?
We take extra care in packaging by using heavy-duty bubble wrap and sturdy boxes to ensure your albums arrive in pristine condition without corner dings or scratches.
