The entrants details will be required to be fill in as per your NRIC / Student Card / Passport that will be used for identity verification for winners.

The preorder benefit will be given randomly. If one order is in the set of 7 albums, we will give different members in set. If more than one album in one order, we will not duplicate the preorder benefit.

Fan sign lucky draw chances are based on number of albums. If one order is consists of 7 albums, customer will have 7 lucky draw chances. 

Please read through the fan sign event notice carefully before submitting the order. Once order is submitted, it is deemed that you have agreed to the terms and conditions indicated in the link and also the terms and conditions indicated in the event notice.

In the case of preorder benefit photo card, imprinting and scratches, ink splashes, warping, printing dust, and back defects cannot be a reason for exchange or return.

The delivery schedule will be 60 working days or more after the end of the event (20 October 2025) and not order submission date.

All winners are selected randomly. The winner’s result is FINAL AND CONCLUSIVE. We are not obliged to provide any reasons for the winner’s list.
